Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS

We are a B2B business and as such, do not accept returns and or cancellations. If you wish to discuss a request of this nature, please put your request in writing to sales@bookersblanks.co.uk for review and await a response before returning any items back to us.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Refunds may only be applicable if an item received is damaged, faulty or if order cannot be fulfilled. Please refer to Damaged or Faulty policy below.

Damaged or Faulty
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. For damaged items you must send photo evidence of the damage (and if damaged in transit by the courier, pictures of the packaging) to sales@bookersblanks.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Incorrect Delivery

If your order is incorrect in any way, please inform us in writing to sales@bookersblanks.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
